01.02.2022 ... आज मैंने आवारा कुत्तों के एक दल को एक नन्हें बछड़े को घेरते देखा। वे उस बछड़े को काटना चाहते थे। मैंने पत्थर मार कर कुत्तों को भगाया। बछड़ा बच गया। मगर मैं तभी से सोच रही हूं कि यह तो व्यवहार जंगली कुत्तों का होता है, शहरी कुत्तों का नहीं। क्या आवारा शहरी कुत्तों व्यवहार बदल रहा है? - डॉ (सुश्री) शरद सिंह 01.02.2022 ...
