दुनिया में पक्षियों की कितनी प्रजातियाँ हैं? | How many species of birds in the world?

 विश्व में पक्षियों की लगभग 10,000 से 11,000 प्रजातियाँ हैं। अमेरिकी प्राकृतिक इतिहास संग्रहालय और पक्षीविज्ञानियों के अनुसार प्रजातियों पर चल रहे शोध और पुनर्वर्गीकरण के कारण इनकी संख्या 18,000 या 20,000 भी हो सकती है।

There are roughly between 10,000 and 11,000 species of birds in the world.  18,000 or even 20,000, due to ongoing research and reclassification of species according to the American Museum of Natural History and ornithologists.
