20.11.2021 ... आज खाना बनाते समय ख़याल आया कि हम अब खाना पकाने के लिए पूरी तरह कुकिंग गैस पर निर्भर होते हैं जो है तरलीकृत पेट्रोलियम गैस यानी जीवाश्म ईंधन। क्या हमारे पास इसका कोई ठोस विकल्प है? इस विषय पर गंभीरता से विचार करने का समय लगभग आ ही गया है। - डॉ (सुश्री) शरद सिंह

20.11.2021 ... Today while cooking it came to mind that we are now completely dependent on cooking gas for cooking which is liquefied petroleum gas i.e. fossil fuel.  Do we have any solid alternative for this?  The time has almost come to give serious thought to this matter.  - Dr (Ms) Sharad Singh
